The Hammerhead, Hei Matau necklace is inspired from the original Hei Matau. Hammerheads are known as stubborn, agile and aggressive hunters. Our Hammerhead Hei Matau necklace represents leadership, strength and safe passage over water.

Each Bali Necklace is hand carved on the tropical island of Bali and shipped from the USA. Because we use 100% natural materials, there may be some slight imperfections in each piece. See our workshop.

Materials: Repurposed, Water-Buffalo Bone.
Pendant size: Approximately 2 inches (5 cm).
Cord: One size fits all. Adjustable, bamboo cotton (choker up to 26 inches).

This necklace quality and workmanship is wonderful as always. Leadership, strength and safety over water mean so much to me . Steering and rowing a replica of the whaleboats of Moby Dick time as its symbol represents mean a lot to me .
