The spiral shaped Koru design is derived from the unfolding of a silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’. The unfurling frond itself is symbolic for new life, new beginnings and hope. The Bali Koru represents Prosperity and Good Fortune for New Beginnings.

Each Bali Necklace is hand carved on the tropical island of Bali and shipped from the USA. Because we use 100% natural materials, there may be some slight imperfections in each piece. See our workshop.

Due to the nature of joining the two materials (bone and wood) together. This particular design is considered delicate and for casual wear.

  • Materials: Repurposed, Water-Buffalo Bone & Sono Wood.
  • Pendant size: Approximately 1.5 inches (3.8 cm).
  • Cord: One size fits all. Adjustable, bamboo cotton (choker up to 26 inches).

I really love this piece, But…

This is an exceptionally beautiful piece out of the 5 different ones I own, but the white center piece seems to be a little lose and I’m constantly trying to “readjust” it with the rope holding it in place. I’m worried I may lose part of it at some point. It really is Awesome, but you have to be very cautious and mindful of it when wearing it.
